Something in the neighbourhood of 650 watts should be more than enough and would allow you to install another 6850 if you wanted (although I would recommend getting a 7850/7870)

PSU brand is far more important than the 3-4 marketing numbers they tack on at the end of it. For example, SeaSonic PSUs will generally put out almost the entirety of their rated capacity on the 12V rail, they don't even include the 5 volt or 3.3 volt rails in their marketing. Other manufacturers will actually add them all together. This means that a 650 watt SeaSonic PSU can be better than most 850 -1000 watt generic PSUs

Like pinhedd stated, something in the range of 650 watts. Make sure it's a trusted brand such as seasonic. Also, make sure it's 80+ certified. For crossfire, I'd recommend a 750w for breathing room.

Something like this...

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750M

And if you only care about quality rather than having features such as being modular, try this...

PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W
