700$ i5 video editing build. need advice.

An acquaintance recently asked me to build him an i5 video editing build for $700 exactly. I will be making a profit on this so it needs to be substantially less than the $700 budget and I always tend to overspend on my personal rigs so i need some advice. his only requirements are as follows:

i5 processor.

usb 3.0 case - mid tower

1 tb hard drive

8gb ram
must have an ASUS motherboard...don't ask why, it is just what he wants.

software not included in cost, he already owns it.

MUST be stable running OSX 10.6 or 10.7

no gaming but needs to support 2x monitors at 1920x1080 or better.

Remember that i need to make a profit on this so i want to keep the budget fairly low... I also do not want build him a piece of garbage either.

I would check forums for people building hackintoshes

there are a limite drange of hardware drivers available for OSX hardware .

The price is more than possible . Its easy , since there is no requirement for an expensive gaming graphics card and larger psu to run it
