Zotac GTX 670 AMP!

Corsair Force Series 3 SSD 120GB (Boot + Gaming drive)

500GB Seagate Barricuda

Artic Silver 5 Thermal Compound

Any feedback, suggestions for improvement, criticisms, etc... are welcome!!

Solution
Improvement: i5-3570k to make use of the Z77 chipset. Drop the TIM. The EVO comes with paste. Corsair makes low reliability SSDs. Get one from Crucial, like the M4 128GB.

Getting 2500k instead of 3570k as i wanna OC the processor further later in the future when i get a better cpu cooler...

The main reason for not going with 3570k is cuz it can't OC to higher clocks without getting very hot...so 2500k is suited fine for this job i think?

I can afford the TIM so I'm getting it plus the TIM that comes with the hyper 212 Evo is not nearly as effective as Artic Silver 5 from some of the reports I've read

Changed the SSD on your recommendation :D

No need to OC so high. After 4.5 GHz, you are just needlessly OCing, when you won't see any benefit of doing so. 4.2 GHz on IB = 4.5 GHz on SB. For only $10 more, you can get a CPU that will bring PCIe 3.0 to the table once it is saturated. It is better than AS5, simply cuz the diff is barely noticeable and that it doesn't require 200 hrs of curing time.
