how can i make network of a university? plzzz give me hints?

Pardon, but are you asking how to create a network for your university?
First of all how many computers are we talking about in total ?
Because you need to know in order to set up routers and repeaters,and switch hubs,network racks and hubs in the network.
Since the maximum Ip address list of a router is 255 Ip addresses. Anyway it more complicated than that. and depends on the type of network you wish to setup.
