I Love to live-stream on twitch, and I do graphics (Mainly just for my stream, I already got a good cpu for that) for my stream. So I guess what I should get next is a GPU?

Possibly one that is around 350 to 400. And that my PSU can handle.

An SSD. Easiest way to make a computer faster. If you re-install windows and move your programs and games to it, Windows will boot so much faster and program startup times will be almost instant.

A more powerful GPU wouldn't go amiss either. Guess it depends where you want more performance.

Looks like you'v done a good job of it, but more cable management.
