Hello guys,
i am pretty excited as i am build my first configuration. I am staying in the Uk for the summer, the parts are cheaper compared to home, so i am just going to buy the most important stuff (CPU,GPU,mother, hdd, video) and buy the supply and case when i go back (and of coarse i am hoping to find a good 22* monitor).

I will use the machine generally for gaming, also i want to add some extra RAM for games hosting, streaming and less edition purposes...

My budget is around 550 pounds - 866.2$

Here's what i got :

CPU : Intel CPU Core i5 Unlocked 2500K Sandy Bridge Quad Core Processor

Board : Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P, Intel Z68, S 1155, DDR3, SATA III - 6Gb/s, RAID SATA, PCIe 3.0 ATX

GPU : 1GB MSI GTX 560Ti OC Twin Frozr II 40nm, 4200MHz GDDR5, GPU 880MHz, Shader 1760MHz, 384 Cores

RAM : 16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance LP Jet Black, PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC, CAS 9-9-9-24, XMP, 1.5V

HDD : 500GB Seagate ST500DM002 Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s, 7200rpm, 16MB Cache, 8.5ms, NCQ

Looks pretty good. I'd opt for a 3570K over the 2500K for sure. For your RAM, have you considered the Samsung 1.35V Low Profile 1600's ? They might be hard to get in the UK.

For your video card, this seems to be a better deal for your money:

It has 2 GB Vram, and is usually faster than the 560Ti, since you don't have the 448 cores version.
