DirectX Version: DirectX 11

will these two cards work on my system or are there better cards for the money?
MSI R6570-MD2GD3/LP Radeon HD 6570 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card

also any advice on some cheap upgrades you see that i could do would be appreciated

Didn't realize you listed the cards.

Yes, you can use one or the other. The 6570 has a bigger VRAM, it's quite useful if you want higher resolutions, though the graphics settings may have to be changed.

neither of those cards require a power connector, so you could probably get away with either
