Continuous beeps cannot post??

Since yesterday, my htpc refused to boot and POST but it just continuously beep, it does not have a pattern.
also, there is no display.
i have checked that there is no loose cables.
does this mean that some of the components have fried??
Please can anyone help me here?

it means that your ram is not inserted properly this is normally due to the clip that keeps your ram in place deciding to let go and spring out just push it back to place and it should work

remove all the rams for a while then put them back safely.
