Since you grabbed a "K" series CPU I would advise getting a CPU cooler Hyper 212+ or the EVO are great options if you dont plan to OC hardcore. Also do you plan to SLI down the line or not/ If you wish to bump up the PSU if you have some funds still aviliable

Looks great!I would suggest a aftermarket cpu cooler take your pick CPU Cooler:COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+

This is going to sound dumb but whats the difference with the mid tower and the full tower cases?

Doesn't sound dumb and it's a pretty simple answer Full tower are bigger. A full tower case is the largest and is able to hold the greatest number of components, but has the largest footprint. Full sized cases are designed for gamers/enthusiasts or other high-end computer professionals who want peak performance and cooling from their machines. Most users, including some gamers, will not need the extra space this class of case provides. The mid tower case's qualities are a compromise between the extremes, and it delivers adequate housing capacity for most computer systems. This median size is the standard because it provides decent expandability without the goliath footprint of full-sized PC cases. Users desiring a computer with room for expansion in the future, but currently do not need the cutting edge performance are well-served by mid-sized cases.

3770k isn't going to get you anything over the 3570k in gaming (saves $110) plus there's a additional $15 off w/ promo code BTS504, ends 8/2 .... saves another $35

CPU Cooler - I'd use a $50 cooler with your budget

CM Hyper 612 PWM or Scythe Mugen 3 will give ya 5-7C over the hyper 212.

I'd use 2 x 8GB if ya need 16GB....I don't think ya do

I use lotta these for 2 x 4GB .... like the low 1.35 voltage

For 16 GB, Im using these

You spent all that money on an SLI MoBo and then ya got a PSU that can only handle one GFX Card

Get a 750 (for moderate OC's) or 850 watter (for high CPU and GPU OC's).... you 650 watt choice is $90

Corsair TX750 $73.50 after 15% off promo and $20 MIR

Corsair TX850 $94.75 after 15% off promo and $20 MIR

I'd move up to tier 1 (yours is in Tier 3) and the 240 GB Chronos Deluxe for the ridiculously low price of $180

Well I don't want to be overclocking on my fist build anyways so I wont be going for a 800+ w power supply but maybe the 750 w one and three questions
1. What is the difference about the GFX you put in and the one I chose
2. Any advantages with the mushkin 2x8 over the 4x4 corsair vengeance
3. And what are the advantages of the tier 1 SSD you suggested compared to mine

what questions ?If you mean the ones you had for JackNaylorPE azeem40 just answered them plus JackNaylorPE left links for proof about whatever he was recommending first question http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GTX_670_Direct_Cu_II/33.html
http://www.guru3d.com/article/asus-geforce-gtx-670-directcu-ii-top-review/24
second question well JackNaylorPE would be better fit answering that i don't see any reason to change it other than what azeem40 mentioned More slots open for future expansion. But i don't think you would ever need more than 16gb but i could be wrong but other than that there wouldn't be any benefit changing it that i am aware of third question better bang for buck. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-benchmark-review,3237-6.html
