i think this is a good solid build for someone with no needs to overclock, any ideas how it would perform? any changes or feedback :)

I think it's a fine build. I would pay the extra couple bucks and get the i5-3570K. You may not think you want to OC, but down the road it could extend the life of your pc for such a small price difference now.

I would also invest the extra $5 into the Asrock extreme4. It gives you two PCI-3.0 slots for future SLI if you ever want to upgrade your graphics power.
