look at the 12v plus line on the power supply it tell you the wattage of that. that going to be the factor that limits your video card. some ps have more then one. card max rating is 116w. so 12v/116w is almost 10a. so you need a power supply that on the 12v line is more then 10a.

the quick answer is "likely" as the new GTX680 can work with a 550W provided the Amperage on the +12V rail is sufficient.

As mentioned, you generally need the specifics but considering it is a Cooler Master Extreme AND that the card is LOW/MEDIUM graphics card there should be no problems.
