Okay so i have used my GTX 550 ti OC for a while now and the only problem ive had is that when i for example run a game it minimizes itself... this occurs on all windows which i have open... even the web browser... This problem occurs every minute... so its extremely annoying... I bough it OC so i guess its too unstable...

The "core bus" is at 970 Mhz and the memory bus is at 2100 mhz... im not skilled in over and under clocking so what to do?

More about : nvidia gtx 550

You can use utilities like the Sapphire Trixx to lower the clock & see if the OC is the one causing the problem. It is very easy to use & intuitive.

It will work even for non Sapphire graphics card.

Also, have you updated the drivers? Did you have another card in your PC before the 550 Ti?

There is also MSI Afterburner. http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm
But minimizing of all windows is not symptom of an unstable card.

Minimizing all windows happens when "Windows"+"D" is pressed. Somehow it looks like this action happens causing all windows to close. Are you typing when the windows usually close or just moving the mouse?

Anyway, what is the brand of your graphics card?

No... i dont press Windows + D... it happens once in a minute... and it doesn't really "minimize".... here's an example:

Everything is normal and fine:

Now i have the problem:

You see that the we-browser's window have become "un-selected" and i have to click on it to activate it again this happens for all windows i have open...

And i'm not really sure what a "brand" of my GPU is ... please explain ...

Looked like you linked the same picture. They look the same.

Brand is like ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte. You can see the brand & model from the box where you GPU came from.

No its not the same picture... look at the right upper corners... where the arrows are pointing... in one picture its colored and in the other one its more bright (which means in have "minimized" and i have to click on it to activate it again... to solve this i have to restart my pc several times until its working again... and after that im afraid to turn it off again -.-

I think it is Gigabyte ....
