First of all there are no promises as what your processor will be capible of. So the temperature will be based off form the voltage that you neeed to use to reach those clock speeds. I have talked to people who have been able to reach 4.3GHz with stock voltage. For me I was able to reach 4.3GHz at 1.2 on my Intel® Core™ i5-3570K and had temperatures of under 80c with the Corsair H100.

I would guess that you can use that cooler to reach 4.0GHz to 4.2GHz with that cooler and still be under 80c with one of the test programs like Prime95, IBT or LinX.
