~$1200 Gaming PC Build Advice

Hello,

I am building a gaming PC for around $1200. I'd like it to be able to play top-end games for 4 years solidly.

I stole most of this from other forum posts honestly, but I wanted to see what people thought.

I'd appreciate any advice on this build.

I read in another post that the H77 is a better choice than the Z77 if I don't intend to overclock. Is that true?

Looks good, but if you don't want to CF/SLI, get a 550W PSU and a Z77 Pro3.
