Please help... I have beaten my head on the wall for about 6 hours total now trying to figure out why my monitor is not getting a signal. I just recently upgraded a few things to my new computer. First of which is the Assus M5A97 mother board, with 4 gb of ram two kingston 2gb ddr3 sticks, along with 600w power supply and nvidia geforce 8800gt graphic card.
Everything boots up fine, power supply works fine hard drive loads up, and can even access the dvd drive opening and closing it to place software in.
I checked all the cords, memory is in right slots a2 and b2.
the only thing i can think of is that I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and it just isn't recognizing it. i have also flipped the jumper as well. I am just stuck. Please help
