I've made many builds online... but this is the final build and I was just wondering if this is all compatible and all going to work smoothly (theoretically if the products don't come damaged). I want to make sure that if I order this all it is all going to work smoothly and I will be able to SLIGHTLY overclock. As far as I know only slightly overclock because I know at much lower Overclocking levels the Ivy Bridge is better than the 2500k... obviously at higher clocks (anything past 5GHz) the 2500k is better but at the most reasonable and less stressful overclocking levels the Ivy Bridge is superior. If anything you find that wouldn't work so well or anything that isn't compatible or there is something simply better and cheaper then please suggest. Right now I'm at $1014.63.

I'm planning to invest in all this and build my PC but I just want to make sure that if I put this together I won't have a PC failure at first boot to like my 1471841 boot because of the wrong computer components. Obviously I'm ignoring any damaged or faulty products into the situation because I will RMA it.
HELP ME MAKE SURE CAUSE I'M SCARED. ROFLCOPTER. K thank you bye <3

Nothin wrong with the Corsair CX series, they're decently made and at pretty good prices. Honestly though I think the 560 (non-TI) is a fairly weak video card in regards to the CPU its paired with. Especially when you can get this factory overclocked TI model for almost the same price.

You could save some additional money by dropping down to the Corsair CX500.. that should be plenty for that system.

i didn't say it was bad, i was just thinking for $30 more he could get a really nice PSU from seasonic. Although I suppose now that nekulturny pointed out it's a non-ti version (didn't notice that the first read through), my suggestion is a bit beefier than needed, so i'll defer to the more experienced on this one. Idk, something about the cx series i'm just not a fan of. The reviews on newegg aren't exactly glowing...

CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W is a very decent PSU but for $73.99 i think i would pass lol get one of these instead SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093 OR XFX Core Edition PRO550W (P1-550S-XXB9) 550W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013

I was just wondering... Which is a better improvement of a video card... The EVGA GTX 560, EVGA GTX 560 SC, or the GTX 480? I'm trying to stay as close to 1000 dollars as possible. lol

Well a 480 mops the floor with those other cards hell it even mops the floor with a R7850 but it's a powerhog and runs hot it can overclock to a 7950 level but you would half to change the cooler i think the 6950 would be your best option price for limited time is 199.99 EDIT forgot your in Canada price is different

Okay well... I've taken your comments into consideration... and this is the new build I've come up with.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

MoBo: ASRock Z77 Pro4
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157296

GPU: EVGA GTX 560 Ti
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604

PSU: Thermaltake Smart SP-630P 630W ATX 12V 2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153152

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314

Computer Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Scout SGC-2000-KKN1-GP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119196

HardDrive: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Optical Drive: SONY Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM Drive
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118031

Is this better than the OP of my build? More optimal? Perfect for $1000.00 budget? It kinda goes over... like $1030.00 but that's okay.

:non: that PSU needs to go get this instead XFX Core Edition PRO550W (P1-550S-XXB9) 550W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 other than that yes it's a solid build :)

Also for the same price of that case the COOLER MASTER Storm Enforcer and Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case as well as Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0 are better cases IMO but your pick is not bad that's a decent case as well

I wanna stay with my build because I love EVGA and I love the parts I have already... from my stand point this build is kick ass. I just want to make sure it will run without issue. NO faulty or bad issues because I chose the wrong parts.

No problem well like i mentioned you need a reliable PSU and if your planing on just buying that one Thermaltake you listed your not making a good choice i understand your on a budget but the Power supply is something you can not skimp on remember a PSU can bring life and death to your rig and just to further make sure you understand here take a look this will help you o.k. pick a good reliable PSU http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx anyway that's about it good luck hope you enjoy your build :)
