guys , which gpu best 4 gaming - SAPPHIRE HD 5450 1GB DDR3 or NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 GDDR3 ?

The gts 450 is way more powerful and would be much better for gaming than the 5450.

what kind of psu? if it's an old, low end one, you might want to upgrade. the gts 450, which is more powerful, requires an extra pcie power connector and could benefit from a better psu.
between the two cards, the gts 450 is much more powerful than the 5450. but gts 450 with 1gb gddr5 is better than 1 gb ddr3 version. the ddr3 version has half the memory bandwidth of gddr5 version. gts450 benefits more from the gddr5 video memory.
gts 450 is better simply because of the more powerful gpu, higher memory bandwidth (gddr5 version), is able to handle games at higher resolution and higher fps than radeon hd 5450.
