Radeon HD 6770

I went ahead and purchased the Radeon HD 6770 the other day.
The ONLY game I plan on playing is Diablo 3.

Will this Graphics card be able to run Diablo 3 on max settings on a 1920x1080 resolution?

Can anyone give a thorough explanation. Some people were telling me to go for the 6850 but I ended up going with the 6770. Was that a bad move/choice? :x

It goes over the performance of Diablo 3.

6850 is a better card all around, but if you are only going to pay D3, 6770 will be enough.

Diablo 3 was meant to played on any hardware released from 2008 and beyond. You can max out the game and 1920 by 1080 with half the performance of the card. But for modern demanding games like crises ii or battlefield 3, the 6770 can play at medium-high/ultra at 1920 by 1080.

what is your budget, I would suggest anything under a AMD HD 6770/7750 or Nvidia 550 ti. Unless you can get the 6570 for $50 I don't think you should buy it because cost to performance will be really bad. You'll end up wasting money long term since you have to buy a new gpu sooner. On newegg.com or tigerdirect.com you can get a AMD HD 7750 for $110, its twice as good as a AMD 6570.
