[New Build/Upgrade] CPU, motherboard & GPU advice.

Approximate Purchase Date: Next week.

Budget Range: $500/$530ish.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Data transfer, gaming, web surfing.

Current System:
Case - Obsedian 650D.
PSU - Coolermaster 550w.
RAM - RipjawsX series F3-17000.
SSD - OCZ 120gb.
HDD - WD 1TB.
Network - TP link WN851ND.
OS - Windows 7.

Parts to only Upgrade: CPU, motherboard, video card.

Do you need to buy OS: No.

Overclocking: Potentially.

SLI or Crossfire: No.

Your Monitor Resolution: 2x 23 inch LCD's at 1920 x 1080.

Additional Comments: Wanting a good even balance of components. But if it came to choice, I would prefer to spend more funds to the CPU/Mobo rather than the GPU.
If you also have a suggestion on a different size power supply, please note how many watts I should use on this machine.

Thanks for the input guys. The sabertooth mobo is definitely out of my range.
For $199 the i5-3470 seems like a great CPU.
But I would honestly rather spend more money on the motherboard rather than a high end GPU. I only do light gaming (GTA SAMP) so graphics isn't the biggest priority.
If you had any ideas on a motherboard around the $150 mark that would match well with the CPU please let me know.
I'm probably only wanting to spend around $150-180 on a GPU.
