Using both HD 3850 and gtx 285 with separate monitors?

I recently upgraded from a hd 3850 to a gtx 285 and been running dual monitors. One 24"(1080) and one 19" 1440x900.



I have a rosewill greenseries 700w, and if i wanted to use the gtx as a dedicated card to the 24" and use the hd 3850 for the 19", will it be possible? Advised?

You should be able to run both monitors off of one of the cards.

You shouldn't have any issues. Vista flat won't allow it but XP and 7 should be fine. I personally would just use the one card just for power issues. Two cards will always use more. (and produce more heat.)
