Hello!

I'm busy building myself a gaming rig, I want it last me quite a while and this what I've come up with, is this sufficient?

Cooler Master GX - 750 Watt Power Supply Unit
Intel BLKDP67BGB3 - Socket 1155 Motherboard
Intel Boxed Core i5 3570K - 3.40GHz Quad Core - Socket 1155 CPU
MSI AMD Radeon HD 7950 - PCI-Express GDDR5 Graphics Card - 3GB
Cooler Master Storm Enforcer - ATX Chassis - No Power Supply
Corsair - Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 CL10 Single Module

Nothing else.

Regards

Matthew

My budge is about $1200 more or less which is how much I planned to pay for the list of items there, why would the CPU not work with that motherboard?

Also, I prefer the 8GB stick so I can buy another 8GB at a later stage.

What power supply would you reccomend?

So far:

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Boxed Core i5 3570K - 3.40GHz Quad Core - Socket 1155 CPU
MSI AMD Radeon HD 7950 - PCI-Express GDDR5 Graphics Card - 3GB
Cooler Master Storm Enforcer - ATX Chassis - No Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance - 8GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600MHz

But what PSU should I use?

I was told that I should get a PSU with higher WATTage so that I can upgrade in future without problem, is this a good idea?

Also the MOBO says 2800+ for ram and then it says (OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/ 1600/1333/1066 does this mean my 1600MHz sticks will work?
