This will be my first time building a computer, I would really appreciate help choosing a Motherboard, Power Supply, Video Card, and Case. I would like to be able to play Skyrim on pretty high settings. Please tell me how this looks:

Approximate Purchase Date:
I don't really have a date I have to purchase by so not much of a rush.

Budget Range:
~$700-~$870

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
Some Games (Minecraft, Civilization, Skyrim, Myst III, etc. . .), Image editing (Gimp), Minecraft Server (Vanilla Hamachi), And if I think of anything else I will add it.

Are you buying a monitor:
No, I am not.

Components:

Motherboard Ideas: ASUS Maximus V FORMULA LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard -OR- Gigabyte Intel Z77 LGA 1155 AMD CrossFireX/NVIDIA SLI W/ HDMI,DVI,DispayPort Dual UEFI BIOS ATX Motherboard GA-Z77X-UD3H I Need Suggestions! I would like at least 4 SATA III ports and Integrated sound.

Video Card Ideas: Any kind of Radeon 6850, as long as it has an HDMI port.

Power Supply: I don't know, I would appreciate suggestions based on what I use to build it.

Case: No idea again, although, I would kind of like an E-ATX case so I can use E-ATX motherboards.

Processor: Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz LGA 1155 Processor

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Internal Desktop Hard Drive Bulk/OEM - WD1002FAEX

RAM: DDR3 12GB (3x4GB) 1600MHz PATRIOT PGS312G1600ELK

Optical Drive: I think I'll just use one from an older computer, it should be good enough to start.

Sound Card: None, I think integrated should be good for now.

Do you need to buy OS:
Yes, Windows 7 Home Premium.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Amazon.com, Newegg.com, anything real with good prices. ebay.com is fine too, I'm looking for a video card there.

Location:
Texas, USA.

Parts Preferences:
I want my CPU to be intel, other than that I'm open to suggestions.

Overclocking:
I have no experience with overclocking so probably not.

SLI or Crossfire:
No, I only need 1 video card.

So please tell me what you think, I appreciate your help.
Thank you.
