AeroCool Shark vs Cooler Master r4. Very confused!!!

I just watched this video and I'm a little confused.

I dont know what language he's speaking but if you fast forward to 5:16 he compares the Aerocool Shark vs Cooler Master r4 on a radiator and they look like they have the same performance. Put the specs on each are

AeroCool Shark

Bearing Type Fluid Dynamic

Noise Level 12.6dBA (Silence mode), 26.5dBA (Power mode)

The specs show the AeroCool shoud have almost double the airflow. So what gives?
