Poor Inspiron 15 video performance

i have an Inspiron 15(n5050) it has a "Realtek family HD"(or something) graphic card, now i was wondering if there would be anyway to upgrade my laptops performance?

Most likely, no. Some laptops have a MXM 3.0 slot that can facilitate upgrades. But I do not think yours does.

You can call Dell and find out if Discrete graphics were an option for that model. If so, there may be a gfx card purchaseable for upgrade.

the Realtek thing is your integrated sound card.

your laptop most likely has integrated intel graphics which will have no way of making it go faster.

If you want to really game on a laptop, you should probably buy one that does not depend on the integrated intel graphics.
