Upgrade pentium 3 ke core 2 duo

i've confussing with my CPU for Pentium 3.
can i upgrade that CPU to core 2 duo

No, what you are asking isn't possible.

A pentuim 3 and core 2 duo require different motherboard sockets. You would need to buy a new motherboard for the Core 2 duo. But in today's market you might as well shop for a Core i3 or i5 or take the AMD route.

No way. buy a new system is the solution. my opinion : buy dual core or quad core processor because core2duo is power saving processor so that is always slow.

Run CPU-Z and check which CPU you really have first though...
