Upgrading HP P6120F

im looking to upgrade my HP P6120f comp psu and graphics card, just want to get yalls opinion on what i found and if it is compatible. want increased graphics for gaming casually (think Diablo 3)

first, are these compatible with a stock P6120F without any further mods?

second, are they compatible with each other?

The 5670 GDDR5 is pretty quick. Usually it will work in 300W of power coming from a generic brand. The CX430 is also a good buy, and very reliable. What is the output of your current power supply?

current is 250w, stock. if you know of a reliable, cheaper psu i'd for sure consider that too.

is there a comparable card to the 5670 that is around 50-75 bucks? looks like it's out of stock

I have the same pc and I am looking to upgrade the graphics card without upgrading the power supply. I was told that an HD 7750 will work but I'm not sure. Can you advise if this is correct? questions on that one i guess are A) what is the required psu output and B) it's a 3.0 pci-e. the P6120F is 2.0 stock. i don't think those are compatible.
it looks like maybe the Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is better compatible.. pci-e 2.0, but it says it requires 300w psu. does anyone know if a 250w will work with this card?

Everything I've ready says you can use PCI_E 3.0 card with a PCI-E 2.0 port.
And the specs on the P6210f say it has a 300W PSU.
