im looking to upgrade my HP P6120f comp psu and graphics card, just want to get yalls opinion on what i found and if it is compatible. want increased graphics for gaming casually (think Diablo 3)

looking at PSU CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 (CMPSU-430CXV2) 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

first, are these compatible with a stock P6120F without any further mods?

second, are they compatible with each other?

questions on that one i guess are A) what is the required psu output and B) it's a 3.0 pci-e. the P6120F is 2.0 stock. i don't think those are compatible.
it looks like maybe the Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is better compatible.. pci-e 2.0, but it says it requires 300w psu. does anyone know if a 250w will work with this card?
