I was looking for an upgrade to the integrated NVIDIA GeForce 9100 motherboard graphics. I play D3 on the lowest setting and it still is slow and looks like clipping. I have a stock 300W PSU and a PCI-E 16x (not sure what version). Please advise on the best card I can get for 300w PSU. I have included a link to my pc's specs. I want D3 to run smoothly. Thanks. http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ca/en/ho/WF06b/12454-124...

It says you can have a pci express x16 grahpics card. . .

to be honest I don't know if it's 2.0 or 2.1 or just "x16" or what

I look at newer mother-boards it doesn't say if it's 2.0 or 2.1 pci express on the specifications either what it just says x16 ...Which is hundreds of cards. I don't know what to recommend unless I know it will be compatible. Anyone else know how to find out if his motherboard is 2.0 pci express or something xD

Unless you know? Because I look at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...
If you go left to the filter and scroll to interface, it shows you different pci versions to filter too. Not sure what to look though, but it's a start?

:/  So compatible cards I am not sure. I just read that 2.0 cards are compatible to older pci, but not all 2.1 are so a 2.0 card should be ok.
