I cant connect wirelessly IT SAYS SO AVAILABLE NETWORKS

im trying to find avilable netwoks but when i try it says non can be found and i cant connect wirless ... iv tried everything i can think of but still no luck can anyone please help

Setup a new connection. Control Panel ---> Network & Sharing Center. Restart the computer.
