usage will be mostly gaming and watching movies

I do like Asus and Nvidia but that doesn't necessarilly mean those will be my final choices.

Overclocking maybe

SLI or Crossfire maybe

Additional coments: I already have a processor and a SSD so the only part they play in the eqation is that they cost $400 of my final price.

I am upgrading because I havent' had a computer in years and I don't want to use my wifes prebuilt for the games I want to play.

I can select the exact same non-Low profile memory for the same deal. Also "my guy" sugests that I buy memory with low power requirments and low latency and I don't know if this fits the bill or not. (noob)

Well the big sale on the 560 Ti card is the physx feature of nvidias "my guy" keeps swearing by it dispite the negitive feedback I'm getting from other sources but I have considered and prolly will go with the radeon anyway. Also I didn't mention in my original post but the chip I already have is the 3770k which I didn't do enough research on before I purchased otherwise I prolly would have gone with the SB 2500k.
I do like the MOBO I have selected but if I can find other places to cut corners I could up to a $400 dollar vc. I was thinking about finding a cheaper optic drive for this purpose. Would still have to find other places to squeez though plus I would need recomends on 400 dollar cards
