i5-3570k instead of 2500k. Its the Ivy Bridge equivalent of the 2500k and comes with the standard benefits of Ivy (slight better performance, PCI-3 support, better integrated GPU). There's no reason to get a Sandy unless your after pure clock numbers.
i5-3570k. $230

A GTX680 only has a minimal performance increase compared to a GTX670, not enough to warrant the $100 diffrence. You can overlock a 670 past 680 performance as well. Also EVGA cards use reference heatsinks, which are loud and dont work as well as custom.
Gigabyte GTX670. $400

That RAM is fairly tall and will become a problem if you want to get...

That RAM is fairly tall and will become a problem if you want to get more of it. This kit is equivalant to the one specified except low profile.
G.Skill Ares 8gb (2X4gb) 1600Mhz CL9 1.5v. $44

212 EVO, not 212+. The EVO has a better baseplate which leads to cooler idle temps.
Coolermaster 212 EVO. $35

No reason for a Green drive, they are slow by design and more expensive than a faster drive. The energy savings are negligible. This Seagate Drive is same capacity, faster and cheaper.
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM. $110

The Agility is OCZ mid-range drive, you are better off with the premium drive the Vertex 4, its much faster. Also 64GB wont go far once you install the OS and base programs. There is a 64GB Vertex 4 if you want so save some cash.
OCZ Vertex 4 128GB. $115
