Htpc should be able to do:
1)Play/Rip/Transcode 3d Blu Ray and regular Blu Ray movies
2)HD Audio Bitstream TrueHD too Onkyo Reciever
3)Watch/Record Cabletv HD channels
4)Play Game EMU's inc PS2

Parts I already have:
1)HDD: 3 WD hdd 3TB sata 6.0, 3 WD hdd 2TB sata 3.0
2)Case: Antec Three Hundred Two MATX/ATX Mid Tower Case two 3.0 USB ports on front 6 HDD 3.5 2 HDD 2.5
3)PSU: Seasonic 380 watts
5)Rosewill MCE Remote

Software I have:
1)Windows 7 64bit
2)AnydvdHD

Parts I need and leaning towards:
1)CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz Intel HD 2500 graphics
2)Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4-M MATX (Has 4 Sata 3.0 and 4 Sata 6.0 so I can hook up my HDD to it)
3)Ram: GSKILL 4GB (2x2gb) DDR3 1600
4)Ceton InfiniTV 4 PCIe - 4-channel Internal Cable TV Tuner Card for CableCARD
5)Rosewill RNX-N250PC Wireless Adapter
6)LITE-ON 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 12X DVD-RAM 8X BD-ROM SATA Blu-ray Burner with 3D Playback

Will this setup work for everything i want it to do? can this processor with igpu work to emulate ps2? Any advice would be welcomed. Just remember that if i change motherboards then it needs to be able to handle all my hdd's.

okay the build im currently running runs DBZ budokai 3 on PCSX2 at 60 fps (with frame rate cap on) and it was only an 800 dollar build and your bluray compatibility request would add like $20
the question is how much do you want to spend?
