More about wattage
  1. I'd say get a decent 450/500W.

The most I've ever used on my setup when I maxed out (experimental) my overclock was 480W, and that was with an i5 2500k @ 4.9Ghz 1.5v and my 560 ti at 1Ghz and max voltage too, yours would be less. under normal overclock I was using 350W using prime 95 and furmark (artificial stress testing programs). under actual gaming use I was using under 250.
  2. Antec Vp450W for 31$ on ncix.

Get it (Golden Award) as it will do all the job it needs to !
