EVGA cards have a reference heatsink on them, which is louder and performs worse than a custom. The amount of VRAM doesn't matter until you run out of it, which on a single 1080p monitor you wont.
This card will be much cooler.

A good aftermaket CPU heatsink to get is the 212 EVO. Best budget air-cooler around.
