Building MY first PC

iam trying to build super pc for gaming, i need it to have big ram and good cooling system cause i never turn off my pc, can anybody please help me out selecting the part and need it to be under 3000

yeah fill out the how to ask for build advice like area51reopened suggested

a 1500 dollar build will play you games at max settings fine
