what do you think of it for a first gaming pc?

It looks pretty darn good, but my question is why have a sandy bridge CPU and use a Z77 board at the same time. you could go with a ASRock Z77 Extreme4 board and with the money you save buy yourself a i5 3570k?

ok ill get a different brand, can you knock £20/$50 off as its a little out of my budget, if its something like £780 its better but it looks too expensive being £810

get gskill ripjaws x 1600mhz 2x4gb 8gb ram and save 10 pounds

drop the k chip to i5 3450. you cant overclock

drop down to a h77-v motherboard

drop cpu cooler

the i5 3450 is a quad core chip. im not talking about the i5 2450p

overclocking is for the future when you need more speed. you dont need it but if you want to, you just pay a little more

no. id still stick with a reliable brand like xfx. they are made by seasonic which is the best company for power supplies. the xfx is also more efficent
