Phantom 410 fan clicking noise

Please help, recently my Phantom 410 TOP fan has been making a clicking noise, I'll have to take side off and hit it a bit to get it to stop. It runs fine once computer starts for the most part. But when I turn my computer off for a few hours and turn it back on I have to take side off again and hit it again, please help. This is urgent

Probably the fan bearing is worn. Replace the fan.
