So, I just got the rest on my computer yesterday and I went to start building it. I put everything on my motherboard and plugged in my PSU then plugged it into the wall for a test run. Everything worked fine but the video card. I tried another PCI-E cord, tried another VGA cord for my monitor, and I tried switching the video card to another slot. I'm just wondering if it's a defective card or could it be something else?

Intel i3-2100 CPU with the stock fan that came with it
ModX Stream-Pro 500w PSU
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
