Please Review My First Gaming Build

Hello everyone

before i start i just wanna say that I am a complete noob when it comes to building computers. Fortunately these forums have been very helpful and i just want to thank you guys for helping me finally get the gaming desktop that I always wanted.

here are the specs

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4-3.8GHz Turbo Unlocked Multiplier 77W

MoBo:GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB SATA6Gb/s 4xUSB3.0 FireWire E-SATA WiFi

RAM:Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CAS 9 1.5v

VCard: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2GB OC Triple fans

Storage: Sandisk Extreme 2.5″ 240GB SATA III SSD

Optical Drive: Sony SATA 24X DVD Burner

Power: Rosewill Capstone 650W 80 PLUS Gold

Case: NZXT Phantom in black/orange

Cooling: NZXT Havik 140 Dual Fans CPU Cooler

Sound: ASUS Xonar DG 5.1 Sound Card w/ Headphone amplifier

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM SP1

A few questions:
1. Will everything work together happily?
2. Any improvements worth the (extra little) money?
3. Will I be able to play most if not all games on max settings on 1080p?
4. Will this last me for the foreseeable future?
