I want to switch motherboards, but apparently win2k does not allow you to switch without reinstalling win2k, is there a way to get around this problem? Can I uninstall my old ASUS drivers and then install the new Soltek drivers without any problems?

You would be very wise to reload your OS when switching motherboards.

You can get it to work without doing this but you'll wish you hadn't tried.

I also recommend a OS reinstall. It's the "clean" way to go.
