Hi - I'll assume 2 hdd, 1 opt drive, & a couple of case fans to go with
    what you posted.

Tot Sys power draw is approx 333w with that card. So, a quality 400w unit
is more than enough. With those components I would recommend stepping up
from the budget series(if your funds allow) of whichever brand you choose.

Plz post your PSU budget & I will offer some recommendations.

  2. <70 euros or <100 bucks (I don't use any of these currences anyway so it's just an estimate)
  3. Hi

An excellent PSU would be a Corsair CX500 or CX600 around $70 here in Canada. Other respectable brands are PC power&cooling, silverstone. I mostly use Corsair in clients builds and have yet to encounter a problem with the CX series. I also try to buy more than needed to not stress the PSU especially if you decide to overclock.

  4. GeForce GTX 560 TI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock CPU or GPU, then we do recommend that you purchase something with some more stamina. Recommendation: http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/ncixus/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 (XFX 550W PRO550W Core Edition )
