Hello,
I need recommendations as to which PSU should I get. My PC:

- Intel i5 2500k
- Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti
- Asrock z77 extreme4
- 4 gigs of RAM, possibly upgrading to 8

Hi - I'll assume 2 hdd, 1 opt drive, & a couple of case fans to go with
what you posted.

Tot Sys power draw is approx 333w with that card. So, a quality 400w unit
is more than enough. With those components I would recommend stepping up
from the budget series(if your funds allow) of whichever brand you choose.

Plz post your PSU budget & I will offer some recommendations.

Hi

An excellent PSU would be a Corsair CX500 or CX600 around $70 here in Canada. Other respectable brands are PC power&cooling, silverstone. I mostly use Corsair in clients builds and have yet to encounter a problem with the CX series. I also try to buy more than needed to not stress the PSU especially if you decide to overclock.

Have Fun
