Comments to the different parts:

Cooler: Do you think I gonna run in some problems when installing that thing because of the heatsinks from the RAM?
Motherboard: I'm really not sure here, some advise here would be great.
RAM: Not sure here either. I can't decide between these two kits. What do you suggest?
HDD: For the Spinpoint F3 I just sorted by best reviews on Newegg and took it. As far as the SSD goes,I read very often that it is a good one. I just want to put my OS on there and some games.
PSU: I don't know if I am right with 620W but I thought better too much than too little and on the website of the GPU they recommend atleast 500W and 600W for SLI/Crossfire. Also, I want to overlock and I want to keep myself the option to SLI/Crossfire at some point in the future.
Optical Drive: Again I just sorted by best reviews here on Newegg and I happen to take that one.

Please give me your thoughts and criticism, really appreciate it.
I hope I forgot nothing, looking forward to your posts. :)

If you're concerned about the height of the heat sinks here's a couple of alternate choices:

- Crucial Ballistix: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148544
- Corsair Vengeance: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233186
- Mushkin Silverline: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226217
- G.Skill Ares: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231548
- Kingston Hyper X: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104239

Motherboard: I'm really not sure here, some advise here would be great.

The choice you have is fine.

HDD: For the Spinpoint F3 I just sorted by best reviews on Newegg and took it. As far as the SSD goes,I read very often that it is a good one. I just want to put my OS on there and some games.

I'm personally against relying on stores for product reviews. The Samsung drives are good - they're made by Seagate. That SSD is excellent but if you don't need it you could drop it and upgrade your GPU to a Radeon 7950.

PSU: I don't know if I am right with 620W but I thought better too much than too little and on the website of the GPU they recommend atleast 500W and 600W for SLI/Crossfire. Also, I want to overlock and I want to keep myself the option to SLI/Crossfire at some point in the future.

620W is right for a single, but underpowered for SLI / Crossfire. If that's in your long term plans I'd recommend something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027

Optical Drive: Again I just sorted by best reviews here on Newegg and I happen to take that one.

Again I'll say it's never a good idea to rely on stores for product reviews. It's either you like this or you don't like it. The stores reviews don't examine particular products in depth, like, say Johnnyguru would. That Lite On burner is fine, I have that same one and it gets the job done.

I think I'll purchase the parts in the next week or so. Maybe the prices will drop a little bit.
I'm exited about my very first build! :D
