Please go over all the parts that I have and confirm that it is all compatiable such as psu, motherboard, graphics card, cpu, and memory. Also, what changes would you make to my build so I can lower the cost?

looks fine, you are pretty close to what everyone recommends. It's just samll tweaks from here on out.

Assume you already have a HDD data drive.

you are missing Windows, but maybe you already have that.

Mouse/keyboard/headset are personal preference.

Also, ram, you don't necessarily need to spend extra there to get 1less timings for that ram compared to the popular ripjaws , but what you picked is fine.
It makes no real difference to the user. People will save that $20 to put into even beefier video card. Other people may say if you really are tight on budget drop that to 8gb.

on the 3570k newegg page there's a coupon code for $15 off until 8/2.

As raytseng said, you have absolutely nothing to worry about in your build - and don't get too caught up with the small details. I'm guessing that you have researched the individual components (primarily the cpu and gpu) and have deemed them fit for your own purpose? e.g. they'll deliver the framerates you want at the monitor resolution you play and for the games you want to play? - the 670 is a beast ;)  so again, don't worry.
