Hi, I wan't a build that can play BF3, Skyrim, Crysis at Max settings with at least 60+ fps.

The GTX 680 is a better card. The GTX 670 FTW was just an option in case money was an issue/put the money somewhere else or you had no plans on overclocking.

They're actually almost the same card in terms of price, performance, and power consumption. The GTX 680 will only give you maybe 5 - 10FPS more - not a significant improvement but good enough.
