Window 7 Internet Problem

Hello,
Hi, my name is charles
the problem is that we lost the internet, but we can still contact the gool server in cmd mode, but win I try using the IE it say " cannot find the web-page requested. the computer assistant can see the connection and say it good, but IE cann't find the page, do anybody have an idea what going on. Their is so many way to get disconnected these day it hard to find the real reason for this, We also tired to use Fox but it did the same thing, Charles

Go to Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center (Internet Connections), and setup a new connection. Restart your computer.
