Approximate Purchase Date: Possibly within the next 3 months (This is not a necessity, I would just like my girlfriend to have a decent/awesome comp)

Budget Range: As cheap as possible, while maintaining bestmode (For its age)

System Usage : Mostly gaming and school work

Are you buying a monitor: No

With those questions out of the way, I'd like to move on to what I am really looking for.

The graphics cards that I have, got at work pretty much for dirt (x2): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130072

So what am I looking for?

Mobo: I like asus or evga. both have done me extremely well. Looking for one that will support these two guys in SLI

CPU: a quad core intel. (I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072 in my comp, maybe there's a mobo that will support my GPU's and this CPU, cant seem to find one.)

RAM: I have this handled. 1600 ddr3 ofc

Heat sync: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 i have this one in my current rig now, Will get the same for hers sans it fits the mobo, shouldnt be a prob.

HDD: Using the one out of her current comp. will do fine till I get us spares for RAID setups

Disc drive: Easy peasy

Case: now comes the tricky part. I need an awesome sauce PINK case. I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107 and absolutely love it. She will not have anything to do with a case, unless its pink, white I might be able to slip by with, but def pink if an option.

@g-unit: Thanks man. I know a good chunk of that is auto gen, but the mobo, PS, CPU, and case were what i was really looking for. Since that mobo works with most i5s ill save a bit of money with the 2500K (Used one in my old rig oc'd to 4.0, was more than enough)all around i think thats a solid build.

@ Thebigtroll: Yeah. I was thinking about taking 8 gb of my 1600 gskill ram out of my current rig for that. (16 is more than enough) an i know the graphics cards are old. I got both of them for next to nothing. If i wanted to SLI 670s I would just give her the 2 560s in my current rig.

Thank you both for the replies.
