Graphics card update

I have a intel(r) g33/g31 express chipset family graphics card and I want to upgrade it so I can play Sims 3 Pets,but i have no clue what kind of graphics card I'm looking for or how to install it.
I have a Compaq Presario desktop PC processor 440.
My system type is a 32-bit.
When I try to view the memory it says 'not available'

I don't know the power supply you have. But these cards don't need to use a power supply and you don't have to plug any power connectors to the graphic cards I mentioned.

Your motherboard has 1 PCI-E x16. Either card can install into your motherboard.

Yup,that would be my computer.In order to install the graphics card do need any more memory on my computer? It may be a stupid question,but I need to know so I don't mess anything up.
