First build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 612 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($47.49 @ CompUSA)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($115.73 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($45.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($134.95 @ B&H)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card ($399.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case ($48.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Antec 650W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($88.74 @ Mwave)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS424-98 DVD/CD Writer ($23.99 @ SuperBiiz)

So i'm installing the drivers from the ASUS disk that came with the motherboard, and from the EVGA disk that came with the graphics card.

Questions: Which drivers do i need? How come after installing the EVGA drivers, i STILL can't use any of the hdmi ports on my computer (i've tried plugging into the hdmi to the motherboard, and the hdmi to the graphics card, and nothing shows up on the monitor. Only way i can get it to work is by VGA from either the gpu or the motherboard). How do i manually switch between integrated graphics and dedicated graphics?

Thanks in advance

I'd recommend installing drivers from the manufacturer's website:

GPU: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/44967

Motherboard: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z7...

Start from scratch and reinstall Windows 7. After that, install the motherboard drivers (I recommend downloading and putting them onto a USB Flash Drive from another PC if you can). Install the motherboard drivers. Once that is done, install your GPU into the PC and install drivers (you can install them from the website). That should resolve your issue.

you should have installed a driver for you SSD when installing windows. -on the cd that came with it.
will also need drivers for cpu/mobo - should have come on a cd with the mobo. lots of drivers here in fact.
also drivers for the graphics card. - should have come on a cd with the graphics card.

notice a pattern yet?
