Major Tasks: Recording gameplay footage, rendering (2x a month), video editing (vegas , C4D), sound production (abelton)

Get a H77 or if you're on an extreme budget, B75.

A Z77 is wasted since the main point of it is overclocking and your CPU is not capable of overclocking. A good H77 board is just as good as a Z77 equivalent so just get a H77.
