Don't expect to max out any games with that GPU, and that PSU will be severely underpowered if you decide to upgrade. Also, why liquid cooling? That doesn't make a lot of sense. What's the budget here?

I'd ditch that whole build honestly. 16GB of RAM and the i7 isn't needed, and neither are 2 1TB hard drives. The 1KW PSU is also massive overkill.
