I've selected an i7-3770K CPU overclocked 20% and an GTX 670 2GB EVGA Overclocked

I can only select these cooling fans /brands:

Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1155
Asetek 550LC Liquid CPU Cooling System (Intel)
Corsair Hydro Series H60 Liquid CPU Cooling System
All of them have the "ARC Dual Silent High Performance Fan Upgrade (Push-Pull Airflow)" option...

Which one of these is the best one to not fry the computer CPU/GPU.
t..
This PC will be purchased in about 2 hours or so for someone..

http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Holiday_Paladin_Dr._I/c/3848984 <--- that one but customized for gaming must be less than $2000

the gpu has its own heatsink and fan/fans and air cooling work fine. On a highend gpu playing ultra on bf3, and thats being almost any brand as with a non overclock the gpu is suppose to not "fry" under 100% load with stock cooling and unless faulty will not have any issues. and same with the cpu with a non oc'd cpu it will not fry, and in your case ibuypower has the processor coming with way better than stock cooling
